'The staff were truly wonderful at Hotel Piazza Pitti Palace and Letizia made sure we were completely welcomed and comfortable immediately on arrival which was a lovely personal touch. The location of the hotel is terrific, we were able to see so much of what Florence had to offer for dining and site seeing and the suites were very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. 10/10 we will definitely be staying there again amazing birthday treat! 'No problems getting into the property - good communication from the property in advance and responsive to enquiries. Room was well equipped- kettle and fridge, hairdryer, small safe in the roomy wardrobe and room for my case to stand around. TV (no English stations). WiFi . We're all a bit used to fancier bathrooms in even cheap hotel chains and the shower stall in the room could do with a refresh but it was all clean and the shower was good and hot and worked well. It was a room at the front...

'We are a family of 4 who had the pleasure in staying at the Fornace Suites. The staff is very friendly. Although their lobby isn't 24 hour we were given numbers on how to reach staff if there were any issues or needed anything. We had one issue the first night but the host assisted us as soon as possible and all was fine. The room was absolutely exquisite and comfortable for a family of 4. Clean and amenities were great. Lighting could be a little better in the bathroom but the weather was hot...
