'Could not sleep for four nights due to out of control guests. Management was contacted each night and did nothing. Kids continued to scream and parents screamed and banged doors and walls. Awful, scary experience- out of control.'

'The room smelled very damp and the hallway had a strong smell of urine. The toilet tank cover was visibly smaller than the tank and on backwards to cover the too big opening which still had gaps. We were not given enough towels for the number of people in our family. The room was not prepared with bedding for the pull out couch/bed that we required. One Front desk staff employee was on her phone when we went to make requests for supplies that should have already been in our room. And the other...

'Location, location, location This property was chosen because of its location. This property is a brief walk to Rehoboth beach. The gentleman allowed us to park for free. Location and free parking were the two selling points for us. The space we rented was considered an apartment. It was acceptable. We stayed two nights. The family and I had a blast at the Beach.'
