The rooms are large and airy. The beds were comfortable and the linens were wonderful. The only con was a malfunctioning desk chair. We didn’t report it so that's on us.

1 word terrible. Every amenity was out of service. The ice machine on our level was also out of service. You had to “pay” to park at their hotel, on top of the cost for the room. There was leftover takeout from the previous person who stayed in the room. The toilet ran all night. Would not stay here again.

Everything was great. Room was clean, staff was helpful and breakfast was good. Only con I want to mention was the temperature of shower water. It was not hot enough. I gave 4 stars for “property condition and facilities” for this reason. Hotel was near freeway but we did’t hear much noise of cars. Except shower water, we were happy to stay there.

Please stay away from this hotel if you are traveling with family. Weed smell in the hallway, laud music from near by room. Stain on bed bed cover and sheet. You only get 1 bath towel unless you go and ask for more in the reception. The breakfast is very limited with just bread and bagel, not a hot breakfast. Very disappointed with the stay.

We only had 1 bath towel, when we called the front desk we were told sorry but that's all we have! WHAT!!! Went down for breakfast at 9:30 (supposed to be available until 10) and the only thing you could get was a muffin (only 3 left) and decaf coffee! They didn't care, said well it's free… um no it is INCLUDED, meaning I already paid for it!

It was a nice hotel, nice and comfortable room. They had a shuttle to get us where we needed to go and pick us back up and the shuttle driver was awesome. Only complaint I could even think of is they need to leave some extra toilet paper in the room, half a roll doesn’t cut it and on the tv you really should have the Pittsburgh channel the pirates play on considering you can see PNC park from the window

I left something behind in the hotel room, and I called to see if someone could ship it. I spoke with the lady in the shipping department, and I had my item back within days. She was very nice and helpful! I appreciate the hotel having the option to return forgotten items.

The pool was closed by the department of health. The only thing they did to reconcile was offer free parking. The WiFi did not work went to front desk three times didn’t even try to help said no one else is complaining even though I know for a fact they were because I talked to other guest about the issues! They also have an event room on the sixth floor that likes to play loud music until 1am so don’t plan on sleeping or bring some ear plugs. The staff was very rude and not just some ALL right down to the so called transport van driver. There was also large groups of people roaming the halls smoking and vaping to the point my 9 yr old son asked why the hallways always smell like a skunk. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else !!!

Overall, our stay was just ok. The location was convenient since it was close to the highway. However, it is not an area where I would walk around and feel safe. Our room could have been cleaner. The floor was not vacuumed and there was a stain on the curtain, which appeared to be blood. It needed to be replaced. The upper safety lock on our door was broken and a footprint on the door. We weren’t able to access the WiFi with the code that was provided as well. We had a lightbulb out in the bathroom and the fan didn’t work. The pool was not in service during our stay, but our parking fee was waived due to the inconvenience. My kids liked the breakfast and the coffee was good. Overall, the staff was friendly.

I liked that people where friendly. New management introduced themselves. They had shuttle to games. What i didn't like was that beds didn't fit frame and looked stained. Didn't vacuume the floor . Cups and spoons and wrappers behind the end table. Hopefully room checks will start before guests arrive. The area is nice and quiet. Close to express ways.

The front desk person, Chuck is the only thing I would recommend about this property. Parking was full due to a party on the top floor, which is where we got a room since we didn’t check in until 8pm. The party went until at least 11pm and the catering took up most of the area outside the elevator making going to and from the room with bags difficult. The room needed a vaccine and a trash was still between the bed and nightstand, including tissues an old room key and a bag of chips. The walls were scuffed and dented, showing signs that it needs a refresh badly. No towels or water in the cooler in the fitness area. No area shuttle as is listed on your website, which we booked the hotel thinking we could get a shuttle to and from the conference center and save on parking fees.

I have never complained at a property because I work in hospitality and I fully get it, however I stay at this hotel for two nights and not only was all staff out of uniform, unprofessional and rude but our room was disgusting, dirt, toothpaste, and God knows whatever else smeared all over the walls random disgusting, stains all over the curtains and bedding and I left a piece of my property in there after I checked out quickly because I needed to make rounds at the hospital and they stole it. I tried to call and complain, they would hear it. I came in due to an emergency of a family member. This is the last thing I should’ve had distress about. Do not waste your money coming here.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Here’s just a few problems we had at this hotel. Door didn’t lock MICE IN THE ROOM Dirty Someone from the front desk came to my room at 130am trying to get into my room ! NO HOT WATER I should have read the reviews instead of just looking at the score. The worst 2 nights at a hotel in my life.

The rooms where clean and decently comfortable. The hotel was decorated very nicely for the holidays. The wifi was not working the entire stay. When we checked in they waived parking fees due to wifi being down. But the breakfast was very lacking and late. Our last morning they only had bread for toast and half frozen muffins available. Multiple days there was no hot water for tea. Even though many kinds if tea were offered. From night one the elevators mainly and some common area reeked of weed. I would only ever stay at this hotel again if absolutely necessary.
