Outdoors:
You’ll fall in love with the rooftop. In the evening, turn on the string lights and firepit. In the garage you will find game chairs and a cornhole board perfect for your tailgating experience.

Kitchen & Dining:
The dining table can seat 10, while the bar space can seat three. The kitchen is stocked with pans, baking sheets, and most cookware you would need. Some key highlights include: Keurig, Ninja Blender, dishware for children, wine glasses, cutting boards, and utensils. Spices, salt/pepper, oil, cleaning supplies and dish detergent can all be found within the kitchen. Grocery stores are close by for additional supplies you may need.

Safety:
Schlage Smart Lock will give you easy access in and out of the home. Ring doorbell for security purposes located on the front door. Smoke detectors throughout the home. New fire-extinguisher located under the kitchen sink.

This is a smoke free house inside and outside.
No parties are allowed.
We do not accommodate pets.
