'Front desk was extremely helpful especially the front desk supervisor at the time of my check in. It seems Expedia did not send my reservation to the hotel but she found it in Expedia and even though they had a sports conference she accommodated us and fulfilled our reservation's, so thank you. The hotel was clean the rooms were nice and well kept and staff was friendly. '

'We really liked the pool and appreciated they stayed open the additional half and hour. The whole building was extremely clean and welcoming. We like the added security of the key in the elevator. The only problem we encountered was paying to park. We had no idea we would need the additional $70 to park for a 2 night stay. '

'Converted YMCA, so rooms are spacious. No kitchen other than a fridge, but otherwise, a great find. Close to shopping and local library is next door, if you just want to get out of the building.'

'I will definitely stay here again when in Pittsburgh. The room and bathroom were very spacious, bed and pillows were so comfortable. Room temp remained comfortable the entire time. The breakfast options were great and freshly made. Even biscuits and gravy, real eggs and a pot of oatmeal were offered along with the usual waffles, toast, yogurt, oranges, apoles, juice, coffee, soda and cereal. Coffee was really good as well. Guest Checkin was fast and friendly and the workers attending...
