'Hotel was decent but not great. Service at the desk was very good. This property used to be another hotel 6 months ago it was bought by the current owners. Hopefully they will continue to improve service there. Value of the room per dollar was fair. My only complaint was the breakfast was in my opinion a bit lacking. Again, it was very basic and I didn’t expect a Cordon Blue breakfast. Bed was nice and firm room was clean. That’s what is important!'

'The Staff was absolutely phenomenal now the cleanliness of the facility was atrocious the was a Toyota SUV in the parking garage filled with garbage and the smell from it coming of the Elevator was enough to make my wife to vomit in the spot'

'I stayed here for two days and there was no water at all in the hotel!! with portable bathrooms in the lobby! Staff told me there were going to give me $50 off room and then when Ieft said they didn't know. They gave me a gallon jug to flush my toliet -- worst stay in a hotel ever! Staff could have been a lot nicer.'

Room still had fruit snacks in the couch, mold on the shower ceiling, no fan in the bathroom and it smelled moldy after showering. For the price we paid which...

'Check in staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Staying for the convenience of being right next the airport due to having an early flight. Will stay again.'

'Excellent check - in. Holly was so lovely and helped me with taxis... and information about local restaurants. There was a fire alarm at 6:30 a.m. the next morning. I was in the shower and had to quickly dry off and get dressed...that was a bit scary! but all ok. The breakfast each day were very good... hot and a good selection . with good coffee. Mary was super helpful and excellent customer service. She helped me with printing my boarding pass...and gave excellent directions and...

'Unfortunately we didn’t stay long as we were there for a tour of Pittsburgh University, so we came in late the night before for an early tour. The people were really nice and accommodating. I’d stay again!'
