'The cabin was so clean and welcoming. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. The views of the pond were wonderful. We were looking for a peaceful get away and it was just that! Will go back next year.'

'Wooded setting is very nice and quiet in a well maintained house. Convenient to Boothbay Harbor, East Boothbay, and Maine Botanical Gardens. A list of nearby hiking trails would be useful. Lots of nearby restaurants. We liked Shannon's Unshelled, Thistle Inn, and Carriage House. Linekin/Burley hike was rugged but very good on Ocean Point Rd.'

'The house exactly as described! Comfortable and cozy! When driving up at night, it’s the first driveway past the “hidden driveway” sign! It was so dark we passed it twice! House is set off of street!The views can’t be beat! The porch was favorite place to congregate! It’s about a 45 minute drive to Boothbay. There is shopping in Boothbay, the botanical gardens, the prettiest village in Maine, Wiscasset!Did not eat out too much so do not have many recommendations. The lobster/seafood store down...

'The weather was cold and rainy but the cabin was cozy, warm, and clean. We still ran/biked/ tried to fish. Played the games they had, and built the puzzles as well. The road was quiet and a good place for the little guy to bike- close enough to other things. '

'The property in Westport was wonderful. Located right on a large river connecting to the ocean. Lots to see from the wraparound deck looking out over the water. The home was spacious and well-appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed as well as high end appliances. A nice unusual feature was two vintage pinball machines in the lower level of the home. We would definitely rebook this property if we travel to the Boothbay Harbor/Wiscasset area again.'
