'La Petit Hotel was wonderful- the rooms were spotless, the continental breakfast was a delicious balance including muffins, bagels, meats, cheese, hard boiled eggs, great breads and best of all, good coffee. Our only complaint is that we would speak to one staff member in French, and to our annoyance, he would respond in English. We speak French very well but not with a Quebec accent. All staff should be advised to respond in the language in which they are addressed. This is common courtesy.'

'De oude stad op loopafstand, congrescentrum dichtbij. Niet veel winkels in de directe omgeving, stadscentrum op loopafstand. Behulpzaam personeel. Voldoende ontbijt, alleen een beetje beperkt (bijvoorbeeld geen vleeswaren). Kamer ruim en wordt netjes bijgehouden.'

The kitchen was stocked with dishes, mugs, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, everything that was needed. The staff was friendly and very, very helpful. The location was perfect. '
