'Very clean, comfortable bed. Loved the amenities in the room and around the resort. Just amazing place to stay. Stunning views. And the bistro was fantastic. Loved having the bikes, paddleboards and kayaks available to use. '

'The manager was kind and responsive when we checked in and the welcome towel and drink was a delightful surprise. We had a treehouse room that was beautiful and the natural decorations on the beds were amazing. There were many cute Instagram worthy places to sit and take pictures. The food was fresh, well prepared and nicely presented. '

Luxe uitstraling gaf ons een luxe gevoel Wat wel jammer was: personeel steeds heel welwillend, bv dat iets het niet doet of een taxi bellen. Maar dan werd het toch vergeten, taxi te laat, ijsblokjesmachine zelf gerepareerd. Terwijl het niet druk was. In het appartement: lamp op balkon mist, droogrek mist, weinig glaswerk (geen wijn-of bierglazen)'

'Great stay staff were all wonderful room was clean and spacious. Restaurant was awesome both food and service. Pool was large has a swim up bar. We were welcomed on arrival by an alligator (leave him alone and he’ll leave you alone) and lots of Iguana’s. Would recommend renting a vehicle or golf cart the village is about a 30 minute drive. '

Traveling with young kids can be challenging, but the team here went out of their way to make everything easy and comfortable for our family. 'We had an AMAZING stay at Itz’ana!! We were impacted by winter storms in the southeast and missed our first night. They gave us a credit equal to the value of the night for food and drinks at the resort. They were responsive prior and during our trip. Truly wonderful service. The grounds themselves were gorgeous. I felt clean and safe the whole time. The food was good. Highly recommend '
