'Handy hotel near the airport and great value. Staff were excellent , room clean and breakfast including more continental but with a few hot items and waffle maker. They have an airport shuttle as well that we did not use. Would absolutely recommend for the price.'

'Loved the location, retro vibe and amenities. The room was very comfortable. The Staff was super friendly. Parking was inconvenient. Some free onstreet parking nearby along Central at the public park. To park in the hotel parking, the only choice was valet ($$). You had to download a separate app and setup a credit card on the app. Why couldn’t the parking charges be connected to the room and included in the room charges??'

'In our room the bathroom outlet did not work and that was the only mirror so it was hard to do my hair. The lights worked when you wiggled the switch. The floor’s wooden tiles were messed up, the ice machine wasn’t working and the front desk agent that checked us in did not allow me to change my form of payment. I would not stay here again.'

'On the surface cleanish, sheets and towels stained, vinyl floor doesn’t appear to get swept or washed regularly as my socks were black from minimal walking. Lack of maintenance or care for the property is evident everywhere. Exit sign hanging off the wall, an ice “room” without a door with an abandoned food bowl sitting in there during our stay and I’m sure it will be there for awhile. When we approached ice machine it smelled like it was rotting. We were in Albuquerque for a concert and options...

'I paid for insurance for reservation. The hotel was clean, the reservation specifically requested 2 Queen Beds for 2 people. That’s why we picked this location. What was given was one bed with couch. That’s not what we paid for. Please call me 562-338-3110 to discuss. Pamela Simonetti'

'De kamer was groter dan verwacht. Een fantastisch bed. De buitenkant van het hotel is helemaal in stijl met een neon sign en neon verlichting. De kamer daarentegen was modern ingericht. Ik had liever gezien dat het interieur van de kamer meer vintage/retro zou zijn. Maar alle voorzieningen waren heel erg goed. Enig minpuntje is dat de waterdruk van de douche heel erg laag was.'

'From check in to departure my stay was excellent. This is a lovely, renovated, retro motel. My room was spotless and well appointed. I enjoyed the coffee bar at the check-in area and the bar and restaurants provided great drinks and good food. I sat at the bar a listened to the Karaoke on Thursday night and ate at the Thai restaurant, which was quite good. I felt safe walking around and enjoyed dinner down the street at the Wolf and Swallow. I would definitely stay here again.'

'Me and my family of 9 booked 2 hotel rooms. When arriving 5 hours later at checking in they told us we were not in the system. They had mentioned since we did not pay at the property directly they had given our rooms to their “members”. I was very disappointed and discouraged after this as this was suppose to be a fun and exciting experience for our daughter whom we were celebrating. So be aware.'

'Perks: great breakfast, pool, hot tub, and room. Cons: Terrible fitness area with a broken treadmill and a couple of dumbbells. It was incredibly small and could only fit one or two people at a time. Also the side doors were not working so we had to walk around the building to unload all of our stuff. I'll probably pick somewhere else next time.'
