'I wanted to enjoy my stay, but I had two complaints, one of which was related to safety. 1. No wi-fi (wasn't crucial, but would have been nice). 2. The back door wouldn't properly close or lock. It was supposed to only open with an active key card, but it wouldn't even fully close, let alone lock. As a single female traveler, the back door being accessible made me extremely uncomfortable. 'Extremely disappointed with this hotel and the way our stay was handled. The room was way overpriced for the condition and amenities. There was no pool, and our first room didn't even have a working TV, so we had to switch rooms. The second room wasn't any better—the toilet ran constantly and the TV wouldn't even shut off. 'We travelled to Grand Rapids for a concert. We chose Quality Inn based on the price and proximity to Acrisure as this was a last minute road trip. The bed, blanket and pillows were exceptional. The room was clean. The pool was inviting. One minor downfall was the traffic on the expressway, but it wasn’t a concern for us. Be mindful if you book here ask for a room on the east side of the hotel. Happy travels!'
