'Very friendly owner, offering all support and services. Lovely clean swimming pool. Nice diner and breakfast, which was even offered before the normal opening hours. '

'Een goed hotel. Vlak bij winkels en bus halte .'

'Mixed experience – Great potential but major communication and comfort issues The hotel itself is quite nice, but our stay was covered by poor communication and several frustrating service failures. First, there was a language barrier with the Spanish-speaking service staff, which led to a serious issue: my pregnant wife was served raw beef. 'Bonito hotel! I tranquilo. Para repetir.'

'All the staff at the hotel are always friendly, helpful and give you a heartfelt greeting on arrival. We have stayed here many times when visiting Pego and the surrounding area. The central location in Pego is perfect for taking in the local culture and the many restaurants that serve up local produce with great panache. Local beaches are a short drive away and a national park, La Marjal, is also nearby. The hotel is delightful. The traditional character has been maintained, alongside clean,...

'the hotel was modern and clean ... however the sound insulation is quite poor'

'If you are looking for a nice room this is the place. But if you are expecting some basic service and hospitality (according to the price) forget it. Reception is mostly closed. And there was no one to attend for check-out. It was a mess and got treated very unprofessionally. We were scolded on WhatsApp for wanting to leave our luggage for a couple of hours before flying off.'

'Zeer vriendelijk personeel'

We komen vast vaker terug.'
