'Fantastic! This is the cleanest villa I have stayed in over the years at Eagle Ridge. It is also very well thought out and cozy. Communicating with our host was great; he responded very quickly. Check in was easy. There is plenty of seating in the living room, and lots of extra blankets in the closet. There are so many games to play, and puzzles too. 'The host was very accommodating to us and we appreciate his kindness very much. The house has lovely big rooms. We did feel that the heating system was not well-balanced (upstairs was very warm, main floor was cool, and lower level was unusable because of the cold. Various other things need attention: loose door knob, “singing” toilets, non-functioning RO system. But none of that kept us from having a great time.'
