Our space is unique because of its size, look, and location. Although the apartment only has one bedroom, guests have considered it `comfortable and cozy.` Other notable features of the home include the variety of decorations we have added which give it a unique sense of character and a relaxing mood. The location is prime because it is walking distance from downtown Plattsburgh which is known for its restaurants, bars, clubs, and shops.

Access the apartment from the front door facing the street. There is a single flight staircase that leads to the space.

The suite is located next to Jabuts Deli and Grocery, half a mile from Downtown Plattsburgh (restraunts, bars), half a mile from Plattsburgh State, and about a mile from Lake Champlain. It is also a short driving distance from Adirondack Park (hiking, sight seeing).

There are a couple of public parking lots downtown which usually have available space.
