'The room had some grim in the kitchen and wear and tear on the furniture. The pull out sofa was terrible thin mattress and springs that dug into my back. The staff was friendly however due to the pool being down and being told from day one it was going to be fixed tomorrow and than on day 5 being told well we dont know when it will be repaired by the manager I felt misled. 'This was my husband's and mine first stay with Wood Spring Suites. The staff was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The room was clean and very basic. There was a regular size fridge and a two range stove top, and a laundry basket. The towels were minimal with two bath towels and a wash cloth and floor mat, but no hand towels.
