'Juan and Ana made us feel so welcome to their tropical oasis in the jungle. Now if you are looking for a place with A/C and giant TVs this is not for you. If you want to sleep immersed in the sounds of jungle, with a steam running along the property, this is the place! We have traveled the whole of Costa Rica now; this is our favorite place so far! 'This property is beautiful, tasteful, understated and in the jungle. It is small and intimate with only a few villas and attentive hosts. Villas are not large but are well appointed and very clean and comfortable. This place is a real find. Our stay was great in every way. '

'This is a lovely hotel, it has a huge communal area with chairs and sofas, it is all very clean and well looked after. The swimming pool was great. We had a lovely room which overlooked the swimming pool, the only problem we had was that shower in our room didn't have enough pressure during our stay. '

'An outstanding property; one of the best I have ever stayed at. The views are incredible, rooms are well kept and bar and restaurant are open 6a-10p. But you do need 4wd to get up the mountain on a rough road to it (faster is better) and the food is very healthy and may not be enough for everyone, but is delicious. Staff become family quickly. We'll be back.'

'Lovely little oasis in Uvita. The pool is exceptional as was the breakfast. Only small complaint is the air fresheners that fill the room with a sickly sweet odor. We unplugged them both and the air cleared after a couple of hours.'
