The Space:

The Neighborhood:

Selvanova is a modern, gated residential community in Playa del Carmen - quiet, secure, and ideal for a relaxing family holiday. It sits just outside the downtown area with easy access to the highway, so you can quickly reach 5th Avenue, the beach, supermarkets, and restaurants. It is also a convenient launch point for day trips to Tulum and the Jaguar Park (Parque del Jaguar), cenotes, and the rest of the Riviera Maya.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended to make the most of the location and the Riviera Maya; parking is available in the residential community. Downtown Playa del Carmen and 5th Avenue are a short drive away, and the highway makes trips to Tulum, Cancun, and the cenotes easy. Cancun International Airport is about 45-50 minutes by car; we can help arrange a private transfer in advance.
