A functional second-floor 1BR featuring twin beds, cold AC, and 50 +Mbps fiber Wi-Fi. The space includes a kitchen for light meal prep and a living area with a Smart TV and futon. Guests have access to a secure building with a rooftop lounge and dipping pool (40 cm), all within walking distance of local transport and dining.

Our maintenance and cleaning staff are nearby daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in case anything comes up. For messages and questions, our team responds quickly through online every day from 9:00 AM to 10:30 PM.

This area of Playa del Carmen has a more local feel—well-connected, easy to navigate, and just far enough from the main tourist crowds while still within walking distance of the beach and 5th Avenue. Paseo del Carmen and the Cozumel ferry terminal are also nearby.

Getting around is very convenient: colectivo vans to Cancún and Tulum are about a 5-minute walk away, and the ADO bus terminal is roughly 12 minutes on foot.

You'll have full access to your apartment through a private, keyless entry code — sent ahead of time so you can check in on your own schedule, any time after 3pm. No host meet-up required, no waiting.

This second-floor apartment is designed for guests who prioritize a secure, welcoming environment with a local feel. The bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and air conditioning, while the living space offers a futon, Smart TV, and high-speed 50 Mbps internet, making it a reliable choice for remote work.

The kitchen provides the necessary basics for preparing light meals at your own pace. For relaxation, the building features a shared rooftop deck with hammocks, lounge chairs, and a 40cm shallow dipping pool—perfect for cooling off and soaking up the breeze. Please keep in mind the pool is intended for dipping rather than swimming.

Located just outside the high-traffic tourist district, the building offers a quieter atmosphere while remaining close to authentic shops and public transit. We make long-term stays easy and affordable by including all utilities—electricity, water, and Wi-Fi—along with two complimentary cleanings per month for our monthly guests.

The ADO bus terminal is an 8-block walk, the beach is about a 10–12 minute walk, and taxis are easy to find on the main street nearby. The collectivo (low-cost transportation) is just a few blocks away. If you have a car, parking is available — 5 spaces in front of the building, plus street parking on the side street.

Check-in is available 24 hours a day after 3pm, and your entry code will already be waiting in your arrival instructions. No coordinating schedules, no delays. The rooftop is open daily from 8am to 10pm. Extra cleaning, towels, or linen changes can be arranged for an additional fee — just ask. Our team is online daily from 9am to 10pm and typically responds within 30 minutes.

Drinking water: 5-gallon tanks for 50 pesos ($3 USD), just send us a note during the day and we will deliver it. Free street parking is available nearby.
