'When entering this hotel we got a nice reception by the boys and girls behind the counter. They speak good English.
The room we received was a bit dirty. Mold in the bathroom, dust on closets and under the bed. On the balcony there was a table wich had been broken, the chipped off part was re-added using tape.
A 5*hotel with a 'run to failure' approach is new to me. I recommend you 'preventive maintenance'.
