'Staff and stay was AMAZING!!!'

'Spent 5 days, 4 nights at Lunala Hotel in Getsemaní, Cartagena, Colombia to celebrate babygirl's 27th birthday, and they took great care of us the whole stay. The location was perfect, pretty much everything was within walking distance or a quick Uber ride away. Check-in was smooth, the staff was attentive from day one, and the room was clean, stylish, and comfortable throughout. It was the perfect home base for a birthday trip, even though the celebration itself happened out and about in the...

'It was all around perfect and the restaurants were all wonderful. You can also get some room service at any time. If I had one thing to change it would be the size of the AC for the room. But there was a nice fan that compensated. Truly a great space and I will definitely stay there again soon. The Asian styled grill is amazing all the dishes on the patio and the coffee shop were great.'

'Espectacular todo, Restaurantes de primer nivel. Personal excelente'

'Lovely place, the only downside is that there is no elevator or wheelchairs accessibility. Other than that 5 stars'

'When entering this place one gets the feel of a botanic garden. It's stuffed full with plants. I think this is kinda nice, it does remove precious space...it's all very tiny. At the same time it ads to cuteness. The host was really nice, i can only assume his English is as good as his motherlanguage. Very kind person. He gave us a nice tour. I rented the place on the ground floor to the right. It has plenty of space and lots and lots of books and artwork...African style. Beautiful. The...

'Staff was excellent and highly recommended to stay!'

Definitivamente me volvería a quedar ahí si vuelvo a Cartagena. Mil por ciento recomendado.'

'It’s a great property on a nice location. But I booked a design suite, arrived at 1.30 pm. Room not ready (normal). Ready after 3 pm so I went in the city to have lunch. Came back at 3.30, received the key and guess what? Room was still occupied with clothes, suitecases, not cleaned. After an hour they gave me another (normal) room. Above that the rooftop pool is empty, bar not open, elevator doesn’t work. Got nof compensation other than a (nice) drink. So overall not at all what I paid for €...

'Worth every dollar'

'Nice hotel in the Getsemani district. In this district you will find many nice shops, bars and restaurants. It is also pleasantly busy with BBQ on the street. Also walking distance to the beach. Highly recommended.'

'👍👍👍'

'Locatie goed, leuke rooftop.

'The location of the hotel was amazing. The staff is super friendly and helpful and of course the hygiene was outstanding. '
