'The staff was exceptional. Went above and beyond to ensure that you are comfortable. Rooms were clean, spacious and well maintained. However, Breakfast on the weekend was better than the weekday but I would highly recommend and I will definitely come back!'

'We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, renovated, and modern. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed being able to use amenities at the neighboring attached property as well. The location was excellent and was walking distance to numerous shops, restaurants, and museums. We will definitely plan to stay here again in the future. '

'Front desk staff upon check-in was friendly and efficient. The late night staff was short and didn't seen to enjoy their job much. Hotel and room was very clean! There are no coffee makers in the room, which was a bummer '

'We checked in and went up to our room and noticed room was warm. We turned the AC down in the room and went to bed. We got warm through the night and I’d end up opening a window. My Husband went down with the front desk following morning and they ended up telling him that the AC was out. That was not told to us upon check-in. They told us we could open up a window and that would cool the room off. Remind you, we are in downtown Kansas City, where there are sirens, loud noises, etc. The first...

'The gym was small but had good equipment. The parking was an issue -charged to park but all the spots were filled - we asked about the parking and night staff was rude. They apparently have off site parking available on weekends that you have to walk from- but we were not informed at check in. But otherwise people were nice. '

'Under renovation (which we were informed about the day of our check in). Upon check in, we were told we were lucky because we would be in one of the newly renovated rooms. Unfortunately, they are poorly done in every way. Nothing was functional, everything is cheap and done halfway (missing outlet covers, power strips hanging at the back of the bed, visible caulking), entire hotel smelled bad. Additionally, the desk was unattended most evenings with easy access to the building, the food permit...
