'We had a very nice clean room. The staff at night were less helpful (not rude, but not going out of the way to help you), but the morning/afternoon staff were amazing. Very nice location, we spent the morning walking the plaza, could get everywhere on the plaza just by walking. It was a great stay, I recommend.'

'My check-in was at 3:00pm. My room was dirty upon arrival including trash about and a slept-in, unmade bed. I wasn’t able to access a clean room until 8:30pm. Communication was poor at best. Unwilling to accommodate for their mistakes. Do not stay here.'

'Room was too small for 2 adults and 2 kids under the age of 15. Small bathroom. Water pressure from the shower is very slow and kept shutting off and on or pressure reduces lower to where it will stop. Fridge and microwave is good.No shelfs or drawers to put personal items. Carpet smells. My 2 kids went for breakfast, there were minimum options. Staff is friendly. Free parking, access to laundry. Perfect area to Swinney center/UMKC, gates bbq, city market etc. '

'The hotel was in a convenient location to downtown. They were in the midst of renovations, but did a great job of protecting guests from that. The breakfast could have been a little more varied, but it was unique to have a bagel bar (if I’m remembering correctly).'
