'I called the day before saying we would be checking in late, and to request a crib. We were told it would not be an issue. After a long day of travel, we arrived around midnight and checked in. It appeared we were placed in the wrong room - we were supposed to get a King suite and were given a double queen - and without a crib. I'

'Frankly, I really didn’t like anything. The place smelled the air conditioner wasn’t working good refrigerator. They had a room home all night and I’m pretty sure they did not give me the studio king suite that I paid for. I think I think I got a queen size room instead anyway I feel like I got cheated all the way around. I’m pretty sure I’m not gonna stay there again. Oh!
