'From check in to check out, staff was friendly, attentive, and available. The hotel was very clean and quiet. My room faced the freeway, however the noise wasn’t an issue at all. The room was clean and incredibly comfortable. I enjoyed the simplicity of their breakfast options. There was plenty of parking on site. I felt completely safe in this location. There was a nice walking area outside the hotel that I took advantage of after breakfast. Absolutely loved this hotel. Will definitely stay...

'Het hotel is gebruikt voor ons gezin van in totaal 6 personen. De twee kamer suite beviel ons goed. We gebruikten het als uitvalsbasis voor de Bay-area. Met Bart of met onze eigen auto. Het hotel geeft goede kwaliteit. Ontbijt is zoals je mag verwachten in Hyatt: standaard Amerikaans met omelet service. Wordt ook gebruikt door business mensen in de omgeving van Pleasanton.'
