Guest Access:
Guests have full access to our property, Beach toys, beach chairs and Private beach access provided with your stay to registered guests! Parking in the driveway for 6 cars/trucks and so much to do in Plymouth, the Cape or just enjoy your sand chair on the beach. Enjoy our beach chairs, entertaining essentials, propane grille, firepit and relaxing outdoor seating areas during your stay( seasonal)!

The Neighborhood:
We are located in a low traffic, family friendly neighborhood, steps to a sandy private beach which registered guests of our home have access to! We love the beauty of our neighborhood and being steps to a gorgeous private beach that isn't crowded. Fantastic for young kids and teenagers alike. Our neighbors are friendly and love our area!

Getting Around:
Our home and neighborhood is easily accessible by car anytime of year. This is a mixed year round and summer resident neighborhood. We have great areas to walk, hike and bike too. The commuter rail is approximately 8miles from the house. Downtown Plymouth is a 6 minute drive or Ride share! Many places deliver regularly year round along with Uber and Lyft accessibility.

Other Things to Note:
Enjoy amenities such as beach chairs, entertaining essentials, a propane grille, and multiple outdoor seating areas (seasonal). Parking is available for up to 6 cars in the driveway. Street parking and parking on green spaces are not permitted. Our home is not available as an event venue. We have a strict no-cats policy due to severe allergies, and other animals ( Ie birds etc) are not permitted due to zoning regulations. Dogs are welcome with a pet fee with a max of 3 with pet fee/ dog. Please note that charging vehicles, washing vehicles, trailers, RVs, motor homes, or boats are not permitted. A rental agreement must be approved at the time of booking, and a driver's license is required. Reservations and rates are based on the group size at the time of booking staying/ visiting. Additional guests must be pre-approved and pay an additional fee, with their names listed on the rental agreement. For security and insurance purposes, there are external security cameras on the front and back side of the house. Please note: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM, with early check-in and late check-in a possibility and contact Colleen for further options.
