The Space - 3 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms, plenty of room for everyone! Every bedroom features a plush Queen bed and its own Smart TV. Convenient two full bathrooms, including one equipped with a bidet for an elevated touch of comfort. The living room couch offers an extra sofa bed for flexible sleeping arrangements.

The Extras - Start your mornings right with the ultimate coffee bar! Our fully stocked coffee station caters to every preference including traditional drip brew, K-Cup pods, espresso and steamer/frother.

The Outdoors - Enjoy the quiet street with minimal traffic and fully equipped deck with comfortable seating and a BBQ grill. Unwind under the stars, roast s'mores, play cornhole and let the kids or pups enjoy the grassy yard.

Dog-Friendly - We love four-legged family members! Well-behaved dog friends under 50 lbs are welcome to join the adventure. Dogs bowls, large crate and waste bags are available for your pup.

Community HOA Fees (mandatory, not included in booking price)

Temporary Membership (children under 6 free)
- In Season (from Memorial Day to Labor Day weekends): $8.50/person/day or 42.50/person/week
- Off Season: $2/person/day

- Gate Pass: $20/vehicle/stay
- Administration Fee: $20/stay
- Late Fee: $100 (applies if registration or payment is completed less than 3 days before arrival)

**IMPORTANT – MUST READ**
- Fees are set by and paid directly to the community; we cannot waive or discount them.
- All fees must be **paid at least 3 days before arrival** to avoid the $100 late fee.
- If your booking is made less than 3 days before arrival, the $100 HOA late fee will be added on the community registration form we provide.
- The community does **not** accept registrations, payments, or changes made less than 1 day prior to arrival.

Temporary Membership fees grant access to:
- Pools, lakes, and beaches
- Playgrounds and sports courts
- Community Lodge: fireplaces, library, fitness room, game rooms, banquet hall
- Temporary Membership is a mandatory community access fee. It must be paid whether amenities are open, available, or used. Pools are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Other amenities may close due to staffing, weather, or maintenance—please check availability.
