'We had an amazing experience here this weekend. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, they were very responsive to messages, helped get our cars situated when it started snowing, and were out shoveling/plowing at 7 AM to keep on top of things. They went above and beyond in how they engaged with us, our family, and especially our kids. The house was cozy, the kitchen was well stocked, and the property was gorgeous. Our kids loved the rooster and cows!'

'We recently stayed at an individual house in the Poconos, and it turned out to be a wonderful getaway for our family. The house itself was spacious, clean, and very well maintained. It had a cozy, welcoming feel with plenty of natural light and comfortable furniture. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. One of the highlights was the peaceful surroundings. 'Location was quaint and check in very easy. Host was communicative. However, ACs were finnicky. Kitchen and living room subject to arctic blasts while rooms overheated and suddenly turn off. Living room TV remote was non-functioning even with batteries replaced. Outside lights over the fire pit were broken. But worst of all, there was also a water leak coming from the ceiling on our second night, perhaps to no fault of the host, but still took from the experience. Would not recommend unless...

'We were 7 people and the space was perfect. The space was very clean and cozy. I really appreciated that each room in the house had its own thermostat and temperature control and we were able to make the house warm and cozy. I've stayed in the same community at different homes before where the temperature control was not great and felt it was either too cold or too warm or the floors were freezing. They also had an easy turn on switch fireplace which was really nice. The kids enjoyed the pool...
