Welcome to Pocono Place, a cozy mountain retreat designed for families, friends, and anyone looking to unwind in the heart of the Poconos. With space for up to 8 guests, this cabin combines modern comforts with plenty of opportunities for fun, relaxation, and quality time together.



The home features three comfortable bedrooms plus a dedicated bunk room that doubles as a kids' hangout and game space. Sleeping arrangements include a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, a room with two full beds, and a bunk room with two twin bunk beds—perfect for larger families or groups traveling with children.



The fully renovated kitchen is equipped with quartz countertops, modern appliances, cookware, and a stocked coffee station, making it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast before heading to the lake to a family dinner after a day of adventure. Gather around the dining table with seating for eight, or enjoy additional seating at the kitchen island.

When it's time to relax, you'll find plenty of entertainment throughout the home. The movie room features a 65-inch Smart TV, surround sound, cozy blankets, and a minibar for the ultimate movie-night experience. The game room is equally inviting, with arcade games, a multi-purpose pool and ping-pong table, and a Smart TV for endless family fun.

Outside, the cabin truly shines. Spend your evenings soaking in the private hot tub, roasting marshmallows around one of the two fire pits, or challenging friends and family to cornhole, giant Jenga, and Connect Four. • Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property.

• Maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the approved guest count may result in additional fees and/or termination of the reservation.

• We welcome up to 2 dogs. Pet fees are $200 for the first dog and $50 for the second dog. Cats and all other pets are not permitted. Unauthorized pets may be subject to additional fees.

• The Locust Lake Village HOA requires all guests to complete online pre-registration at least 48 hours prior to arrival. The registration fee is included in your reservation. Failure to complete registration on time may result in community fines or denied access. Please ask before booking.

• Guests ages 12 and older must wear community wristbands to access neighborhood amenities, including lakes, beaches, and recreational facilities.

• Community quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced by 24-hour security. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum.

• A valid Pennsylvania fishing license is required for anyone planning to fish in the community lakes.
