'The location was fabulous. However , outside the property was not great as it was full of construction material . The railing for the steps was broken and the fact that you could not lock the outside entrance door made us a little uneasy . Also no way to lock the door from the onside , as only a code to enter was provided . That was a surprise . The flat itself was clean , but needs updating as the furniture was very old . 'If I could give 10 stars I would. First of all Toni (our go-to guy) offered to pick us up from the port. He organized breakfast for us, a dinner reservation and even had a take-away lunch made for us for one of our excursions. You can tell he and the staff love what they do. The room was exceptional as was the food. The location is perfect (ps try the gelato right next door).'
