'Awesome'

'Laat ik beginnen met het enige wat niet goed was, dat was het extra (derde) uitklap bank/bed. Comfort van extra het bed is slecht. Nadeel is dat er geen raam open kan in de kamer. Verder een erg mooi hotel. De kamers zijn ruim en mooi ingericht. Fijn dat er een complete keuken aanwezig is. Ook is er een mooi zwembad. Hotel ligt naast winkels en shopping mall. Dus goed voor shoppers.'

'I like the camper idea but before someone stay in the unit have to make sure everything is perfect! because isn’t cheap.'

'Our room and the common spaces were clean and cozy. Breakfast was lovely and our non-dairy needs were able to be accommodated. We didn’t interact much with any staff but each process was such a breeze that we really didn’t need to. The hotel is in such a great, central location and is an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, and scenic spots.'

'One female receptionist on duty spoiled our initial experience to the point of no return. We called ahead for early check in availability and were told that it would cost $50 per hour. We said we'd drive up and see what time we got there. We were there at ~ 1:45 pm. I asked what time we could check in and without even checking the availability she told me abruptly " Check in is at 3:00pm.!" I checked online, there were 7 identical rooms to mine vacant. Continental breakfast.....The...

'Our stay at the Rhinecliff Hotel was great! The view is amazing and the hotel was wonderful. Our room was beautiful and clean and had all the amenities we needed (hair dryer, steamer, extra towels, etc.). Checking in and out of the hotel was so easy. Would definitely stay here again!'

'I have already opened a case with Expedia and have not heard back- I contacted the hotel directly Hello, I have arrived at the property and am disappointed to find that it does not match the listing photos or description. The accommodations appear significantly more worn and less clean than represented online. In addition, I did not receive the check-in instructions with the access code, and when I rang the bell for assistance, the hostess was rude and dismissive. Because there are no...

'Beautiful Location. Clean room, staff was very helpful. Food options where very limited.'

'nice and clean - large room'

'Great space to comfortable fit a family of 4.'

'We thought that the setting was very nice but we had some issues. Not all of the blinds closed. The soap/body wash/shampoo dispensers were faulty and we had to remove the dispensers in order to use. Couldn’t regulate the heat and were either cold or hot. There was a family with children above us and there was constant thumping from above. The construction of the place did not provide for adequate noise mitigation. I think if we had stayed one night,or even two, it might not have been as...

'Great place'

'The breakfast could have been better.'

'Bath tub and toilet had hairs. Extremely outdated. Got another room, no apologies. Never again.'

'It’s a cool space but it’s filthy. There is dust and cobwebs everywhere. The windows need a cleaning. Sorry I sat on the porch last night as my cost is dirty from the dirt on the rocking chair. I read in reviews that some folks had croissants outside their door in the am. We did not have that experience. Our room had a tub with a handheld shower and no privacy. I was either a friend, not a partner. It a nice location right near the waterfront. Give the place a good cleaning.'
