Summary:

Spacious 3-bedroom home in central Pōhara, just minutes from the beach, sleeping up to 8 guests. The house features an open-plan living area with easy indoor-outdoor flow to a private patio with BBQ and outdoor kitchen, making it ideal for families or groups.

Important: There are two separate studio units also located on the property, each with their own entrance. These may be occupied by other guests during your stay, but outdoor areas for the main house remain private.

For larger groups, it is also possible to book the house together with both studio units, allowing the entire property to be reserved for extended families or groups traveling together.



The Space:

The home has three bedrooms and a shared bathroom, with an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area in the centre. This space opens directly onto the patio, extending the living area outdoors.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and the living area has seating for the group. Bedrooms include storage, and the bathroom is centrally located. Laundry facilities and off-street parking are available.

The home is located in Pōhara, a popular beachside area in Golden Bay. Pōhara Beach is just across the road,, offering safe swimming, walking, and water activities. Nearby you’ll find the local store, cafés, and restaurants for everyday essentials and dining.



Tākaka township is a short drive away, with supermarkets, shops, and additional services. The property is also well positioned for exploring the wider region, including Tata Beach, Wainui Bay, and the Abel Tasman National Park.
