He said he fixed it. Next thing you know, it’s not fixed. So every time I had to go to the bathroom, I had to stick my hand inside the tank to flush it. Not something I wanted to do!'

We are paying good money to stay here and you can't even talk to the ladies that clean the rooms because they don't speak any English and the guy at...
