'Amazing hotel.My room was clean and very comfortable. The location was in Adams Morgan area- great neighborhood. I’d stay at the High Road again. Definitely recommend it if you don’t mind a small room. And I’m a senior so you don’t have to be a “kid” lol to enjoy the stay.'

It was quite expensive, but in-line considering the adjacent areas. Parking is quite a nightmare in the DC area. On a good note, Uber/Lyft are excellent options, readily available, easy pickup/drop locations, and reasonably priced.'

'Hotel ligt bij een drukke kruising en is wat moeilijk te bereiken. Maar als dit bekend is geen probleem. Goede ontvangst, gezellige dame. Kamer is super, groot, fijn bed, pantry erbij, kortom top.
Ontbijt was goed hoewel eentonig. Er staat altijd koffie en thee klaar.
Mogelijkheid even in lounge te zitten om bij te komen. Bij ons was het erg warm en de airco die werkte goed.
Als we nogmaals in DC komen, verblijven we hier zeker weer.'

I didn’t my best in that hostel, so I left and decided to book my last night in DC at the Generator in a shared dorm room (they have shared, and private rooms). Right from the moment I entered the lobby, it was great. The atmosphere was great, the personnel (and guests) were so nice, and I felt immediately at home. The breakfast was amazing and her gesture was appreciated. The proxi.ity to the Ronald Reagan airport was also a big plus. After a long trip it was a short ride tp the hotel. All in all, a good experience and I would stay here again. "
