'Excellent Inn - very clean and well maintained. Thomas and Barbara are excellent hosts. The dining experience us great with fresh home made food prepared every day. We really enjoyed our stay.'

'We had a very pleasant stay at this property. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. It’s also a good option for business travelers, as everything was organized and convenient. However, there were a couple of small drawbacks. The gym was not available due to ongoing repairs, which was a bit disappointing....

'L'hôtel est vieux, mais très propre. Le personnel est sympathique et acceuillant !!! On s'est senti à la maison. Près de tous les magasins, Une multitude de restaurants et de cafés !!! Le seul bémol est la baignoire et la douche. Tellement desuet .... Nous retournerons certainement !!!!'

'Wonderful staff and clean rooms. Nice break in nature from the downtown area, about a 20 mins drive to downtown or airport. Definitely book the room with the sea view, will not be disappointed. Highly recommend. '

'We booked this for our mini honeymoon the three nights following our wedding (end of Sept) and were excited to stay in the King Suite. But ended up being quite disappointed. The room was very cold with no heat and the front desk person wasn't the nicest when we asked for extra blankets. We weren't expecting the red carpet but at least a "thanks so much for choosing to stay here for your honeymoon". Some of the staff were great but generally no one cared that we had chose Dalvay for our honeymoon...

'Beds are so nice '

'I was forced to leave the hotel after six nights. I felt quite at home. I would definitely come back. The tea is awesome. In the room, there were some minor flaws but the staff were overwhelming welcoming from day 1 to the end. It is a hotel I would recommend especially if you are looking for a jacuzzi. I love the fireplace as well. It would be perfect to have the jacuzzi face the TV but cant have everything.'

'Extremely friendly staff who really took the time to show all the areas of the house and where complementary food and drinks can be found, day and night (coffee/tea) or sodas for a small fee. Great hospitality. Room was good. Clean and with all the necessities. Breakfast was great and plenty of choices. Would recommend this location. '

'The hotel is convenient to visit Charlottetown with the car, located in the commercial street outside downtown but not far. Room spatious, well equipped and quiet. The continental breakfast is included but like mos american hotel chains, self service with plastic-throw-away china which for us europeans is seen very primitive and improvised. The staff at the hotel were very helful and efficient as they organised shipment of the bag that we forgot in the hotel, many thanks for that extra service!'
