Modern and exceptionally well-maintained townhouse in Pollença with a pool and terraces, located right in the beautiful historic center of Pollença and not far from the nearest beach. This attractive and modernized townhouse is situated in the heart of Pollença’s historic center, just a few minutes’ walk from the lively main square. Renovated with great care by the owners, it combines the highest level of comfort and contemporary amenities with the charm of preserved original details.
Enter the house through wooden double doors that lead directly into the living area. Bright and modern in design, this space offers a cozy place to relax, complete with a flat-screen TV (German/English channels as well as Netflix) and a DVD player. Adjacent to this is the dining area, from which glass doors lead out to the lower terrace and the swimming pool (2 x 5 m, 0.5–1.5 m deep) with sun loungers—a welcome place to cool off on hot days. The open, fully equipped kitchen features modern furnishings and new appliances.
On the first floor, you’ll find two twin bedrooms that share a bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a double bedroom with its own en suite bathroom featuring a shower.
The top floor features another bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet. All bedrooms are equipped with built-in closets and air conditioning.
Perfect for discerning travelers who appreciate stylish modernity, ultimate comfort, and a prime downtown location: Everything—from the main square with its famous Sunday market to numerous restaurants and bars, and the iconic Calvary Steps—is just a short walk away. Thanks to the excellent location and limited parking, renting a car is optional. However, you can drive right up to the house for loading and unloading. The nearby beaches of Puerto Pollenca and Cala San Vicente (each about 7 km away) are easily accessible by bus.
Please note: Lively fiestas take place in Pollença between late July and early August, and on Good Friday, the spectacular “Davallament” procession is held in the city center.

The neighboring port of Port Pollença is also worth a visit, as are the many beautiful beaches along the coast, such as Playa de Muro, Can Picafort Beach, and many other lovely coves.
