'Wij verbleven deze zomer 11 nachten in dit mooie huis.Het is een huis waar je gelijk thuis voelt.Het was een hete periode en we waren blij met de airco in het huis beneden en boven.De stad Pollenca is oud,sfeervol en prachtig.Binnen 5 minuten liep je in het mooie centrum.Een minpunt was het parkeren.Daarvoor moesten wij 10 minuten lopen.In de zijstraatjes konden wij geen plek vinden.Een volgende keer zouden we dit huis graag weer boeken:)'

'Villa Barrio is an incredible holiday home with wonderful hosts. The gardens and swimming pool are just fabulous, the house is a perfect Spanish style and comfortable home with everything you could need for a wonderful holiday. Lovely BBQ area and terrace for perfect alfresco dining. I could not recommend this Villa highly enough. Angela and Sonya went above and beyond to make our holiday special. 'We enjoyed staying at this very nice house. Overall the experience was good. However, there are a couple of things to mention though. It appears that this place is recently became available for VrBo. Owners have checked in a couple of times reminding when we should leave the premises and there are minor items that could be improved. Lockbox gets stuck at times, towels could be better and the fact that you would have a electric usage charge is not common but will certainly recommend the place...

'We loved the quirkiness and art around the property and thoroughly enjoyed our week’s stay there. We were surprised the second bathroom was outside, although this wasn’t an issue in the good weather. One concern was that someone was living in flat under the villa and this came as an unwelcome surprise on first night when we first heard noises. However, I repeat we all enjoyed the property.'

'Great location, 1min walk to shops, restaurants etc. Everything within close proximity. Accommodation had everything we needed and for our winter stay provided good quality bedding and heating. Very comfortable and the property is a lovely Mallorcian townhouse with authentic touches that we loved.Maria Antonia was most helpful too!'

'Lovely spot in a very walkable location. The pool is bigger than it looks in the picture. Layout of the apartment is a bit odd like a row house with kitchen in the back and living room in the front, bedrooms in between, but has everything you need. Quite comfortable for our family if 5 (one infant). '
