'Pros: Het is een heerlijk ruim huis waar je -doordat er diverse plekjes zijn- jezelf naar behoeven kunt terugtrekken of juist met zijn allen gezellig binnen of buiten aan tafel kunt zitten. Bovendien is er een prachtige tuin en een mooi zwembad. Cons: doordat de locatie in het centrum is gelegen zijn er veel buitengeluiden'

'Pros: Lage des Hauses. Cons: Haus benötigt langsam eine Renovierung… Sehr muffiger Geruch und feuchte Wände. Die Aussenmöbel waren leider abgenutzt und so für uns nicht mehr nutzbar. Sauberkeit könnte verbessert werden. Die Dachterrasse nicht nutzbar. Kühlschrank auch schon in die Jahre gekommen.'

'Auch wenn es kalt wird gibt es genug Decken, mobile Heizkörper und einen offenen Kamin. Die Fliesenböden sind sehr praktisch, man sollte doch an dicke Socken oder an Hausschuhe denken. Umso länger man bleibt umso schöner kommen die vielen Vorzüge vom Haus zum Vorschein. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Der Sonnenaufgang ist wunderbar und der Strand top!'

'Avoid this place - customer complaint ongoing but you need to be aware of the following - 4 air con units in villa but electrics trip if any more than 2 on so can't actually have three bedrooms being used at one time if you want the air con running in them all. Complained to owner and told first time - no way ! Other issues as lots of things broken/ not fixed as rude owner ignored us all week. Pool leaks so you have to put hose in to keep filling up! You can't use the drive to park in as gate...

'Pros: Tolles Haus, super sauber, schöne Anlage. Einfache und freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber sowie mit dem Personal vor Ort. Es gab alles, was es für eine tolle Woche braucht. Gefreut hat uns auch die Waschküche. Cons: Eigentlich ist es kein wirklicher Minuspunkt, da es uns nicht sehr gestört hat. Jedoch war es schon wärmer (wir hatten eine ordentliche Hitzeperiode) und die Unterkunft besitzt keine Klimaanlage. Wie gesagt, nice to have aber kein K.O. Kriterium für diese tolle...

'The house was even more beautiful than in the photos – it felt like a movie set, full of charm and character. It had everything we needed, with thoughtful details that made us feel very comfortable. Being a stone house on a hill, even on hot days we could sleep well with just the fan, without opening windows. On the first day we left one open and had a couple of insect visitors, but after that no issues at all. There are also plenty of insect repellents provided, which shows how well-prepared...

'Lovely house fitted out to a high standard but fairly traditional. Three sitting out areas for all day sun or shade , one being a roof terrace . Excellent location between Pollença and Port de Pollença and there are Lidl and Eroski supermarkets three minutes away . Minus points , no air conditioning ( ceiling fans not very effective when it is really hot ) , no pool and a very narrow approach road , not for the faint hearted . We have been in 2024 and again 2925 and love it , enjoy .'
