'Fabulous stay that suited the full age range (10 to 74) of our family. Property is excellent and provided everything just as outlined. Pool and pool area are superb. Owners of the property (also the hosts) were brilliant and made us feel like friends rather than just guests. All in, a tremendous holiday enjoyed by all members of our family group. Located in a quiet area, just outside of town, we found some form of personal transport to be a necessity.'

'Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar, die regelmatig even langskomt om te kijken of alles naar wens is. Bij klachten staat hij vrijwel direct klaar on te helpen, ongeacht het tijdstip. De woning is wat gedateerd, vooral de inrichting. Maar in Mallorca leef je buiten en dat is perfect. Mooi terras en heerlijk zwembad. Rustige ligging, wel wat lastig te bereiken door de smalle toevoerwegen en een lastig te nemen bocht naar de oprit. Maar overall een prima verblijf gehad.'

'We had a great holiday and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property. The location for us was fabulous. It’s secluded but still within 10 min drive of beaches, restaurants and shops. The pool and outdoor facilities are great. The en-suite had been modernised since the listing photos were taken which was nice. Several rooms indoors will also benefit from some modernising, especially the kitchen (no dishwasher) and the downstairs bathroom. This would make a great villa into a perfect villa!'

'We had a lovely time at Las Rosas. Location is walking distance to town so we didn’t need a car. Gorgeous property and cool rooftop terrace as well. Was great for a long Easter weekend with friends.'

'A characterful, roomy and well equipped property in a perfect location in Central Puerto de Pollensa. Loved the Tower! Only gripes are that we would have appreciated some visitor information left in the house - wifi code etc and some basic cooking supplies.'
