VILLA ROMEU - 10 MIN WALK TO THE OLD TOWN

Villa Romeu is a welcoming Mallorcan villa with three bedrooms, set in a peaceful rural area with lovely mountain views, yet only a few minutes’ walk from Pollença’s historic old town (around a 10-minute walk). Here you can enjoy privacy and relaxation while still being close to shops, restaurants and the lively local atmosphere. In addition, the property offers free wifi so you can stay connected throughout your holiday.



The villa provides a comfortable and practical layout for up to 6 guests. Inside, you will find a spacious living room with two pleasant seating areas, ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach or exploring the island. From the living room you can access the open-plan, American-style kitchen, fully equipped with appliances and utensils, offering everything you need to cook comfortably during your stay. Next to the kitchen there is an indoor dining area, perfect for relaxed breakfasts and dinners at any time of year.



Villa Romeu features three bedrooms with a Mediterranean feel and high ceilings with wooden beams, adding character to each room. Two bedrooms have two single beds each. The third bedroom is a double and stands out thanks to its full en-suite bathroom, which includes both a shower and a bathtub. The house also offers another bathroom with a shower, very convenient for the rest of the guests.



All bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning, available 24 hours, so you can use it at any time, day or night.



Outside, you will find one of the property’s main highlights: a generous garden area with trees and plants, designed for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The private swimming pool is large and has a gentle sloped entry, ideal for children and also very comfortable for easy access. By the house, the covered terrace with table and chairs invites you to dine outdoors, while the barbecue area, located next to it, is perfect for preparing dinners with mountain views, especially at sunset.



From here you can explore Pollença, with its market, shops, cafés, bars and restaurants, as well as the popular Sunday market in the main square. For a day by the sea, Puerto Pollença offers a long sandy beach and water sports such as kayaking or windsurfing, while Cala Sant Vicenç is known for its small coves, crystal-clear waters and charming restaurants.
