'This a charming and beautiful old building. The individual rooms and common spaces are inviting, and sitting on the lanai with a view of Honolulu is wonderful! The owners provide a simple but filling breakfast and a coffee station and fridge near the sleeping quarters. All staff were welcoming and receptive to questions. If you’re looking for accommodation away from the Waikiki area, or near UH, this is a great choice. We would definitely stay here again! '

'One of the very best locations on the entire island. Photos do NOT do this location justice. Absolutely unbelievable location! The property itself is good enough, a vintage mid-century modern home from 1965–quite charming indeed. I prefer an actual air conditioner during sleep time, which was the only negative, and I prefer much softer, fluffier pillows. Plan on 76-82 degrees (f) inside. Nevertheless, happy to cool off in the ocean, with the sandy beach—no reef, no traffic, no drama. ...
