This charming two-storey house has been thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay, offering everything you need to feel at home.

On the ground floor, you'll find the inviting living room, where a comfortable seating area and TV create the perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring. WiFi is available throughout the property, whether you're streaming your favorite shows or working remotely. The dining area is conveniently located alongside the fully equipped kitchen, which includes essential cookware, cutlery, and everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals during your stay.

Upstairs, the house offers two comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with a single bed, making it ideal for a child or an additional guest. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Also on the upper floor, the bathroom features a refreshing shower, with fresh towels provided for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A comfortable and peaceful apartment in Livramento, on the south coast of São Miguel Island, just a short drive from the center of Ponta Delgada. Guests can enjoy the tranquility of the area while remaining close to restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and the city's vibrant marina.

Its excellent location makes it easy to explore São Miguel’s most iconic attractions, including the breathtaking volcanic lakes of Sete Cidades, the geothermal landscapes of Furnas, and the island’s stunning coastal viewpoints and natural pools. It’s the perfect base for discovering the natural beauty, culture, and gastronomy of the Azores.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

As São Miguel Island does not have a railway network, transportation is primarily by car and bus.

The nearest bus stop is approximately a 2–5 minute walk from the property, with regular connections to Ponta Delgada city centre, Lagoa, Ribeira Grande, and other areas of São Miguel Island.

João Paulo II Airport (PDL) is approximately a 15-minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
