Fijn hotel
Wij hadden kamer 604 op bovenste etage aan de zeekant. Prachtig uitzicht. Makkelijk parkeren in onder hotel gelegen parkeergarage tegen een redelijke prijs. Personeel receptie bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam, gros personeel ontbijt restaurant onvriendelijk. Veilige toegang tot 6e etage omdat kamersleutel nodig was om de lift te bedienen. In de directe omgeving van het hotel meer dan voldoende terrasjes en restaurants. Heerlijk wandelen over de boulevard langs de baai en de jachthaven. Kamer comfortabel , alleen in de kamer slechte WiFi, signaal alleen sterk in badkamer. Verder kluis in kamer ontoereikend klein. Paste zelfs geen iPad in. Van een hotel in deze prijscategorie mag een toereikende kluis worden verwacht.

Super verblijf gehad, alles piekfijn verzorgd. Super ligging: alle faciliteiten (parkeergarage, huur auto, busstop, tourist-info...) en recreatieve activiteiten in de onmiddellijke omgeving te vinden en en vlot bereikbaar. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Een absolute aanrader !

Mooi hotel met uitzicht op de haven en zee.
Uitstekend hotel! Op een centrale en mooie locatie. Behulpzaam en vriendelijke personeel. Heerlijk ontbijt. En een heerlijk Turks stoombad met zwembad, bubbelbad en gym waar je gebruik van kon maken. Prima kamer met elke dag schone lakens. Alleen miste wij koffie en thee faciliteiten.

Aangenaam hotel met zicht op zee.
Prima hotel tegenover de marina maar toch ook dicht bij het centrum van de stad. Makkelijk dus om 's avonds nog even de stad in te gaan naar een restaurant o.i.d. Alle interessante punten in de stad zijn makkelijk lopend te bereiken. Het hotel oogt niet supergezellig maar is een goed gemanaged businesshotel. Zeer behulpzaam personeel, goede service, prima ontbijtbuffet etc.. Prive garage van het hotel, makkelijk dus. Restaurant zeer goed.

Mooi lux hotel
Heel goed hotel met goed restaurant. We hadden een grote kamer, maar deze hebben juist geen uitzicht op zee. Volgende keer zou ik wel een kamer met zeezicht boeken! Restaurant is goed en biedt de mogelijkheid om à la carte te bestellen of een buffet. Het buffet was zeer goed met een goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Parkeren onder hotel was ook zeer makkelijk.

This is a fantastic hotel. It's in a great area. Close to the airport. And the rest of the island is accessible on the major highway close by. The one complaint I had is that the carpets look horrible like they haven't been replaced in many years. The disinfectant smell is not good. If they would put new carpets in, this would be a perfect hotel. The restaurant is great. Low prices and fantastic food. And there is ample lounge area and amenities. I got a great price through Expedia and would say there again

Great location overlooking the harbour. Get an ocean view if you can. They have a small patio you can sit on. Easy access to restaurants and downtown.

The hotel was able to do an early check in, about 9am, which was perfect after a long flight from US, I really appreciated it. The facilities are great, breakfast is great with lots of options, even gluten free bread which I did not expect, pool is clean and hot tub is functioning, good temperature. Overall excellent experience.

The parking on -2 has no connection to the hotel facilities and you had to take the luggage out . Special shoutout to Antonio at Ascuna Lounge. We had an ill person in our party and he was very considerate and caring of our situation. Also, the food there was excellent! We would highly rate this hotel except for the all night screaming and yelling of partyers on the street. We will likely not stay there again. It is a shame because it is not the hotel’s fault, and the hotel is excellent!

Phenomenal oceanfront hotel!
Everything about this hotel was great! The location with it being right on the oceanfront allowed for some pretty neat views especially of the sunset and sunrise. The rooms were pretty spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff was also extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast was also very good! It was about a 5 minute walk to the center of Ponta Delgada. There are multiple amazing restaurants within a 5-10 minute walking distance of this hotel. Highly recommend to book this hotel if you are staying in Ponta Delgada.

The breakfast was incredible. Lots of selection and very delicious. Parking was convenient but you have to pay. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets and duvet were pristine. The rooms were quite nice however the rugs on the floor were stained and old. They need to be replaced.

Perfect Spot
I booked a room here after realizing I mistakenly confirmed a 22 hour layover in the Azores on my return to US from Lisbon. The hotel was easy to get to late night from the airport via taxi. The bar had a great wine list. The breakfast was wonderful. And, I loved having options for tours and rental cars right across the street the next morning. The staff were kind and spoke great English! I felt very safe as a solo female traveler.

The best part was the bar and the staff tending the bar. Stops there. Rooms are dated, the gym and indoor pool are below ground very dark and unwelcoming, outdoor pool is on main floor in the fr9nt of the hotel, breakfast was average, front desk staff (one person in particular) was okay until I addressed a major issue that I encountered with house keeping. He rudely apologized but tried to turn the blame on me. Nothing exceptional provided bt this hotel or their staff.
