'there was a reservation for 4 people two adults two children upon arrival we were met by the managers later they saw our family and contacted the owner then they demanded an additional payment of 150 PLN from us for the fact that the children are not children And they are considered as adults although the age was indicated on the site children after that we turned around and left do not recommend this hotel to anyone because there are extra hidden charges'

'Het hotel is gelegen direct bij een skibaantje. Dit was voor mij een tweede keer dat ik in dit hotel verbleef en ik had een mooie comfortabele kamer gekregen. Het personeel was zonder uitzondering vriendelijk, niet iedereen spreekt Duits of Engels, maar dat is geen probleem. Het was nog in een rustige periode. Er lag al wel sneeuw en bij vorst werden de sneeuwkanonnen geactiveerd, maar de skibaan met stoeltjeslift was nog gesloten . Er is een ruim zwembad met in de hoek een kleine sauna cabine...

'We love our stay at Welkam. The room was nice and spacious, the style was a cozy mix of modern and old. The bathroom was very nice with a great shower, and the included breakfast was a nice spread of meats, cheeses, boiled eggs, and sweet bread that hit the spot before leaving. Great value, overall!'

Cuidado con el acceso al hotel si tienes coche ya que es imposible aparcar y se debe dejar el vehiculo en el valle y coger un transporte del hotel pero el procedimiento es folklorico Cena buffet correcto. 'Best location in Zakopane if you are there for nature and hikes rather than souvenir bonanza and get-me-the-smoked-cheese crowd control in Zakopane center. The hotel is less than 3 years old, very fresh and with super friendly and helpful staff. Hotel restaurant is gourmet level but be aware only open Thursday-Sunday (both dinner and lunch). '
