The fully equipped kitchen and bar area offers ample seating as well as space for prepping meals and entertaining. You will never miss out on the conversation and fun just because you are in the kitchen!! The wall of windows allows you a picture perfect view of the outdoors while being inside. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating for all your guests. This home has internet accessibilities to keep you connected, and to Stream your favorite TV shows and movies on the Smart TVs located in the living room and Primary bedroom. Just enter the Password and Username located in the home. The bedrooms are bright and comfy, each with their own unique style. The primary bedroom has 2 queen beds to accommodate everyone comfortably. Outside on the deck, you will be greeted with the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Sit back and take in the view of the Gulf in front of this home, as well as watch the barges pass from the bay views. This home is centrally located on the peninsula. You are close to Stingaree Rd. for boat launching and Over the Water Dining for some of the best sunset viewing ever! You are also close to acclaimed birding site from High Island to the Bolivar Flats. Just 14 miles to the Ferry.
Downstairs you will find a picnic table and charcoal grill that's perfect for grilling favorite family treats! When the sand and sea call your name, you are just a short golf cart ride or stroll from our beautiful beaches. After a fun day exploring for buried treasures, be sure to rinse off in the shower downstairs. Enjoy this bright, inviting home all year round!
