Our house is a brand new 3-bedroom, 2-bath heated pool home, located in a quiet residential neighborhood just a few miles away from the Gulf and about 14 miles away from the beach. Close to shopping centers, golf courses, and restaurants! Our home is fully furnished with everything you need for a week getaway or to stay for a longer-term.
We have a spacious screened pool area with a covered lanai and seating areas. Inside, a spacious kitchen and living area, all great for entertaining.

AJ and his wife had everything that was needed. Plenty of items that many other houses would not have had, they had, which was very nice. The pool was super clean as well as the house. We are an older couple, so the furniture to us was not very comfortable, especially with the length of our stay. One of the bedrooms had twin beds, but was set up for children. It was very low to the ground and had no bureau. Just a hanging item in the closet which served as a bureau, I'm assuming. Overall, the house is beautiful, well maintained with a very nice pool!

My family and I had an amazing time at this paradise home. Everything was clean including the pool, and home was fully stocked to our needs. We even had a handbook with all the information needed, including surrounding beaches and stores. Definitely would reserve a stay here again.

Adult stay for a wedding

While the home was well appointed in most categories, the beds were marginal to terrible for adults. We experienced a few bug issues, probably a result of location, but enough to make us uncomfortable. (Giant huntsman spider, roach and sugar ants in kitchen sink)Kitchen water pressure was tough to rinse/clean dishes. Safe feeling neighborhood. Pool is perfect and lots of extra utensils, serving dishes, bikes , floats, etc. internet outage resulting in the home security system giving a beep - notification all night. Overall, somewhat disappointing. Probably better suited for 2 adults and their kids.

Neat & Clean

We stayed for the month of March. Check in/out was easy. The house was very neat, clean and well stocked with the necessities. The beds were super comfortable! The pool was amazing! The living room furniture was not as comfortable as we would have liked. The only issue that came up was two of the smoke detectors needed battery replacement and were alarming. The host was in constant contact with us, but it took a couple of days to resolve. We truly enjoyed this home and would highly recommend it.

Nice house and great location.

The house was very clean and the pool was very well maintained. Was very close to stores and restaurants. Beaches were closed because of the storm damage from last summer, so having a heated pool was great. We lived in Englewood area for 14 years and are aware of all the activities in the area.

We were very happy with the property. Very clean and in an excellent location. The furniture was not the most comfortable for our lifestyle and age group, but the beds were nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the house was beautiful. There were all kinds of utensils in the kitchen and bathrooms. The pool was wonderful and very well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back.

Slice of paradise for family

We spend a wonderful vacation in this newer Vacation Home. Everything was as described, the neighborhood is quiet. Host easy to communicate with. Everything was as described, and we enjoyed time with our family. Big dining table perfect for family, dinners, and boardgames. Swimming in the heated pool was a bonus, since the weather did not always cooperate. Great spot to have your happy hour drink by the pool and catch the last rays of the sun. Thanks we will be back.

This is a modern, spacious and very clean property in a quiet neighborhood. The heated pool and seating area is attractive and well maintained while the double garage is spacious and has a useful selection of bicycles and beach equipment.
