Onberispelijk Casual Luxe Condo met een prachtig uitzicht en alle voorzieningen die u nodig zou kunnen hebben - Een luxe 2,138 sq. Ft. een niveau appartement, derde verdieping einde eenheid, met semi-privé lift en uw eigen garage voor twee wagens. De 3 slaapkamers 2. 5 badkamers unit heeft ook hoge plafonds, open plattegrond en verschillende balkons met direct uitzicht op zowel de Golf van Mexico en Lemon Bay. Toplocatie in het centrum van Manasota Key, direct aan de overkant van het strand, waar een park en een lange promenade van het ene eind naar het andere is. Het park beschikt over een nieuwe speelplaats voor kinderen met een piratenthema, een basketbalveld en beachvolleybalvelden. Je zult echt genieten van hoe handig het is om gewoon naar de vele informele restaurants en Tiki-bars op het eiland te lopen. Sunrise Pointe eigendom omvat: verwarmd zwembad, bubbelbad, picknicktafels en Weber gasgrills zwembad. Er is ook een heel mooi dok dat je met de kinderen vist en een nieuw kajakrek in 2019. Sunrise Pointe is een van de weinige accommodaties met aanlegsteigers op aanvraag. BRENG UW BOOT, KAYAK of paddleboards .. De Condo-eenheid is mooi ingericht met high-end meubels in heel. Grote master suite met kingsize bed, op maat gemaakte inloopkast, 70 inch flatscreen-tv met surround sound en een eigen balkon. Master Bath is adembenemend mooi en de foto spreekt voor zich. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een nieuwe queen size slaapkamer set en biedt een direct uitzicht op de Golf vanuit het bed dat op prijs wordt gesteld. De derde slaapkamer heeft nog een koningin slaapkamer set, 37 inch tv, aangepaste inloopkast, balkon met uitzicht op zwembad, en een volledige eigen badkamer en inloopdouche. De gastronomische keuken claimt roestvrijstalen apparaten, prachtige granieten werkbladen, eiland, ontbijtbar en aangrenzende eetkamer met zitplaatsen voor acht. De keuken heeft ook nog een groot privébalkon met elektrische grill en uitzicht voor kilometers. De grote familiekamer heeft een open plattegrond met direct uitzicht op de Golf, 70 inch tv met volledige kabel en wifi, en heeft zelfs een geweldige tafel voor kaartspellen. Deze unit is een eindunit met ramen aan drie zijden en geen gedeelde muren zodat er veel licht in de ruimte komt. Hoge 3 meter hoge plafonds, kroonlijsten, full-size wasmachine en droger, 15 inch diagonale tegels zijn slechts enkele van de functies waar u binnenkort op terug wilt komen. Het appartement heeft een grote privégarage voor twee auto's met opener, semi-privélift en afgesloten hoofdingang.

Als je een groter gezelschap hebt voor maximaal 12 personen, kan ik misschien het eigendom van mijn buren voor je in de rij zetten en heb je dan de hele verdieping. Laat het me weten en ik zal proberen te helpen.

Great location and condo

Loved our stay in the condo. It is right across from the beach and there are restaurants within walking distance. Loved the view and all the amenities in the condo. Easy communication the entire trip.

Great Condo. Awesome location. You're on the beach in two minutes

Condo is super spacious. Great tile work throughout. Communication with Mike was easy and he checked in with me upon arrival to make sure everything was perfect. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need and if you're not into cooking you can walk to three restaurants in just a few minutes. The garage is nice and navigating the property is easy. The elevator acted up a few times but I made Mike aware and am sure that it will be sorted out soon. Highly recommend this condo and the area.

Great location

We had a very good time at the property. It was very clean and up to date and the beach was a quick walk across the street. I enjoyed using the shark tooth sifters to look for teeth so that was very convenient as well. Going to the grocery store was very convenient as there were multiple within a few minute drive off the island.

Great location

We have stayed in the area before and this property is the best yet. Location is a key word in real estate and Sunrise Pointe is in a great location. From the beach across the street to the restaurants within walking distance, to other amenities like stores and boat rentals nearby. We experienced awesome sunsets from the convenience our own balcony! Speaking of balconies there are 4 of them which allowed for various perspectives of the pleasant surroundings. The interior is spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The only negative is the roof repair work that was noisy at times. We recognize this was a unique situation beyond the control of the owner. Speaking of the owner we have nothing but good things to say about Mike. He was totally responsive and timely in addressing our needs. In fact he went out of his way to address a situation with medications that we failed to bring with us. In order to get them we needed them mailed and were unsure we would receive them in a timely manner at the condominium. Mike was asked to have them mailed to his home address for us to pick up there. He graciously agreed to receive them and even went so far as to deliver them to us! This was above the call of duty. Additionally he provided a Kurig coffee machine upon our request! We probably forgot to mention some other things but you get the point. We look forward to future stays there.

Lovely condo with great views

The condo is lovely and spacious. It is decorated very nicely and is very comfortable. The view of the Gulf is perfect for sunsets! The short walk to the beach is easy to do and the beach is beautiful. Mike was easy to work with and resolved any issues we had.

Loved this condo!!

We were absolutely thrilled with this property! First, it is beautiful, spacious and immaculately clean. Loved having my morning coffee from a choice of balconies. The condo has every amenity you could possibly imagine - from Beach towels, chairs and wagons for the short walk to the beach to a kitchen with everything (including spices!!). Mike was super responsive (within minutes!) and kind with my questions- and was gracious to let us arrive early in the morning as our flight landed at 8am!! We are a family of 4 (2 teens!)- we walked to restaurants and went fishing off of the docks. The island is gorgeous! We will definitely be back for sure! Thank you Mike for your hospitality!! Mike's condo

This condo was beautiful, very spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. Also a large garage with opener and an elevator which was always easy to get on. The master bedroom and bath were fabulous, as was the large open kitchen. Plenty of closet space. Watched the sunset from the balcony whenever we wanted. Felt very safe there. People around were very friendly. Convenient to get off and on the island with groceries and restaurants close by. Enjoyed hunting shark's teeth at the beach, which was so nice to get to being right across the street, and it had a very nice restroom and boardwalk and small playground. It was always a full parking lot, and we were so glad we only had a short walk. Mike always answered our questions and concerns right away. He was absolutely wonderful as a host.

We enjoyed our stay. Great space for three adult couples. Within walking distance to many restaurants and a short drive to other options and shopping. Beach was out the driveway and across the road.

Wonderful Vacation Stay

We loved this condo and had a great trip for a family of 6. It's well-appointed and the location could not be better. We used the beach carts and walked over to the beach each day. We also visited other beaches/state parks and enjoyed those too. The kids (1 12-yr old, 3 teens) liked it too, everyone was happy. Great place to stay, clean and comfortable. Loved having a garage too, made things easy. Great communication with owner, he's very responsive.

Mike's condo was well built, well maintained and well stocked with items for beach, plenty of beach and regular towels. Also, meticulous and guest ready. Enjoyable Vacation

This condo is beautiful and there is plenty of room for a family of five. It was supplied with everything we needed. The owner is extremely nice and easy to reach when I had questions. The beach is just a few steps away and pool time was very relaxing. There are several very good restaurants within walking distance and many others that are only a short drive. Also, I felt very secure the days and nights I was there alone.

Beautiful condo

This was a very spacious and beautiful condo. Very comfortable for our family. Multiple layers of keyless entry doors made it all feel very safe. Location to the beach is directly across the street (literally 1-2 minute walk). Kitchen was fully equipped and all beach items you could need in the awesome 2 car garage. There were a couple minor cleaning issues that cleaners missed, but Mike was very quick to respond and address the issue. We will certainly be back, likely this year again. Thanks, Mike!

Beach Paradise!

This was the greatest vacation spot! The old saying "location, location, location" applies here. The condo is absolutely gorgeous, well-furnished, and conveniently located to great restaurants. The beach is just across the street, and Mike furnished a nice beach cart and chairs for use. The City of Englewood is close, and it only takes a few minutes to hit the grocery store, CVS or Walgreens.

Utterly perfect!

We have done long term rentals in the area for the last 5 years. This was, by far, the nicest and most well equipped that we have experienced. The owner was so friendly and easy to deal with, he made it seamless for us. The condo is beautiful, has plenty of space and even had a great place to work (on those days when that was necessary). You will not be disappointed!

Fabulous condo in amazing location!

This is hands down my favorite condo property on the Florida gulf coast. From the proximity to gorgeous Lemon Bay, to the convenience of the gulf beach right across the street- this condo is all about location! The condo itself is clean, roomy and a great place to call home on vacation. Loved the 2 separate bedroom suites- each with its own bathroom. Makes it the perfect place when traveling with friends or family, as it offers privacy. The multiple balconies gave us outdoor options. Even in windy, cool conditions- the balconies usually felt warm as the wind was blocked. Mike, the property owner/manager is super responsive. He always responded to messages within minutes. Amazing guest service. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay!!! We stayed for a month and were sad to leave. Already planning our next visit. Thank you, Mike, for opening your home to us and going above and beyond to exceed our expectations- we truly appreciate it!
