Geniet van dit prachtig ingerichte zwembad huis, rustige gunstige locatie. 2 queensize bedden en 1 volledige, 2 badkamers, master bader heeft een jacuzzi met aparte douche, dubbele wastafels, hoofdbad heeft een grote inloopdouche. Alle tegelvloeren. Zwembadzijde biedt verwarmd zwembad en bubbelbad, parasoltafel met 6 stoelen en ligstoelen om te zonnen, gas grill voor barbecue. Charlotte County heeft de meest ongerepte waterwegen in SW Florida, 1/2 uur van de stranden. Volledig gevuld met alle gemakken van thuis. Sarasota 45 km ten noorden en Fort Myers 40 km ten zuiden. Altijd iets om plaatselijk te doen! Beleef de Florida levensstijl terwijl u op vakantie bent!

This house is very comfortable and we have enjoyed our stay. The hosts have thought of everything from the well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and comfortable bedding, to the sparkling clean pool. We would not hesitate to stay here again and even wound up extending our stay. The hosts were incredible and communication was fantastic. The neighborhood was very nice and located close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping.

Comfortable winter escape

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 weeks at this very comfortable, relaxing property. The home is clean, well maintained, and as described in the listing. The lanai and heated pool were the highlight of our stay as we truly just wanted to relax. The neighborhood was great! We walked our dog twice daily and felt very safe. We did eat in quite a bit. Kitchen is stocked with all the basics. All appliances worked very well. There is a wide variety of shopping and restaurants within short drives. Kim is a great host, responsive to any question you may have. We would not hesitate to stay again!

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at this home. The house was stocked well for all our needs. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. The pool temperature was perfect and they don’t charge extra for the heating. Home away from home

My wife and I were fortunate to be able to stay at the property for 30 days, January 2024. The property is as or better than as appears on vrbo. Very comfortable location in good neighborhood on a quiet street. Even though the month was cooler and wetter than normal, we spent a considerable amount of time either in the covered back porch or in and around the heated pool. Access to I75 for north and south day trips and local shopping areas (Publix) and our favorite local seafood places (Brothers Fish House) and (Charlotte Fish Depot) were easy drives. Check out Punta Gorda Farmers Markets held every Saturday for fresh foods and local crafts. We plan to stay again, as soon as possible.

Lovely Home, Perfect Stay!

My husband and I stayed first 2 weeks in July(Family in the area). Of all the places we have VRBOed, this was the homiest! Safe,quiet neighborhood, quick access to Punta Gorda, Englewood, Boca Grande.Kim was instantly available( we had a short power outage).Pool was clean and absolutely lovely! Side note:Primary shower was fine and typical set up for SWFL, used a mat.Finally a/c temp of 78F was very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again!
