This charming Three Cozy Bedroom Cottage with private access to the lake, exclusive only to the residents is the epitome of rustic coziness, offering a warm and inviting space. Inside, natural wood finishes and natural fireplace create an atmosphere of serene comfort, perfect for unwinding. Our spacious backyard is an entertainer's dream and a nature lover's oasis. It features a fire pit, ideal for s'mores and starlit conversations alongside a BBQ grill for effortless outdoor dining.

PROPERTY DETAILS:

One of our Cottage's most special feature is its private access to the lake. This secluded spot is perfect for picnicking on the shore, swimming & frolicking around. Enjoy a leisure day at the beach, offering an exclusive slice of waterfront calm. The shore at the lake may vary depending on the tides and natural conditions of the lake.

Crystal Beach is located less than 15 min away. You may enjoy the charm of both Port Colborne & Crystal Beach town with great options for food and waterfront vibes.

Bedroom 1 has a comfortable queen size bed, Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed & bedroom 3 has a cozy double bed. We also have a sofa bed in the living room.

The washer & dryer is located in the bathroom and is good for small loads only.

Kitchen is fully functional & well equipped for entertaining and enjoying cooking. The island offers ample space to gather around and cook or munch on food.

The outdoor oasis offers a cozy deck with bbq grill & dining area. The yard offers sun loungers & fire pit.

You can comfortably park up to 3 Cars.

Our cottage has a beautiful rustic & cozy charm perfect for a romantic getaway or for family/friends retreat. We hope you make wonderful memories at our home.


GUEST ACCESS:

You will be provided a link to sign a digital waiver form prior to your check in. We need you to sign the waiver form to use Fire Pit and to access the Private Lake Beach. We take our guests safety seriously. We hope you to read the rules thoroughly and then sign the waiver.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:

Please note that the outhouse, cabana storages located in the yard are locked to store yard maintenance related machinery. Do not try to access them.

Also, the natural logs which we are using as a retaining wall or fence in our yard CANNOT be used for fire pit. Do NOT sit on or remove the logs.
Please bring your own logs for fire pit.
Our BBQ has a natural gas connection.

We encourage you to get your own beach towels/mats/beach chairs.
The laundry machine can handle small loads at a time. Please be mindful :)

We provide basic amount of drinking water. The city approves the water to be used for drinking and cooking. However, we encourage you to bring your own water. Or refill the water container provided.

Recycling can be discarded in the blue bins provided. Guests are required to discard their garbage directly in the city bins. Do Not discard garbage outside the cans. The animals reach out and make a huge mess. The guests will be responsible for the mess and can be charged for extra cleaning.
