Thanks for taking the time to review the apartment. I'm sorry that you felt that the floors were not cleaned. Before every arrival, the apartment is throughly cleaned, and fresh sheets and towels are put in the apartment.. you didn't mention this to me at any point in your stay. If you had, im sure we could have rectified the situation to your satisfaction. As I explained before and on your arrival the local water company does cut the water off in the evening, which we cannot do anything about. However, - we have fitted a water tank and pump in this apartment so that you'll would not be effected. You yourself knew this was the case in the summer, even in Sfax where you originate from. Regarding other apartment owners and guests' voices in the night, we agree this should not happen. However, it is difficult for security to police and security do try their best to ask people to keep the noise down. The rubbish outside the residence is out of our control. It is the municipalities responsibility.
