'New hotel under construction from expansion it was a bit disorderly. Spacious rooms, perfect bedding, nice shower. View from the window on the hallway of the longstay facility. Breakfast could use an upgrade with less plastic and better wholewheat bread. '

'We arrived and Jacqueline was very nice and we went to our room. The odors were horrible, the carpet was damp and the brown corduroy curtains were stinky and depressing. The outside pool was not open and the indoor pool should be condemned. We cut our feet on the floor from all of the torn up tile. The pool was extremely dark and dirty. 'I know this isn't a five star property, but the office staff could make some effort. I am tired of staff who treat guests like they're an inconvenience. This could explain why the parking lot was half empty during my week's stay. On the other hand, the housekeeping staff were delightful and very engaging. They made me feel welcome and valued. 'We had a very unpleasant experience during our stay. The room allocated to us had a strong bad odour, the air conditioning was not working properly, and the room phone was not working. I requested the staff to provide an alternative solution or freshener, but unfortunately, the assistance provided was not helpful. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. We had a much better stay at the Holiday Inn'
