'I wanted to leave a positive review as I felt the manager genuinely tries their best. There's a total lack of privacy between the bedroom and bathroom. You would want to be in a very confident and comfortable partnership to share this room. There's literally NO privacy at all. The bed is only a double which is a let down, especially with the $400 a night price tag. Breakfast is off site but quire good. '

'This was a nice and clean place to stay. The only complaint I have is the bathroom didn't have a bathroom fan/vent in it so it got very foggy and wet in there after using the shower. But everything else was great.'

'There was no on site car parking as indicated- needed to park in public car park up the road. Was further to walk to beach and shops than indicated . We chose for location and accommodation was much more expensive than other options and we were disappointed with that. Bed was very uncomfortable - partner and I had sore backs '

'Great location! Very nice, comfortable accommodation and wonderful staff! Great beds and showers! Well equipped kitchen. Easily walkable to town. '

'We loved our family weekend in Port Fairy! The house is really nice and clean. Just a short drive away from amazing beaches and town. I would go back for sure. '

'Villa was very clean and lots of room, mattresses where very firm, we would have liked more comfortable mattress. Parking good a laundry facilities excellent, swim spa was great nothing like a dip in the early morning or before going to bed. Sonia helped manage the property and she was lovely, very helpful with our silly questions, quite a few mosquitoes so bring some spray with you.'

'Nice place, close to the city center. Clean. Decent bad. Good shower. Very friendly people. The only drawback is the lack of decent WiFi connection. '

'Incredible stay at Basalt Retreat! We enjoyed a cozy and luxurious evening the beautiful vineyard, made even more lovely by the complimentary bottle of prosecco and warm hot cocoa. The space itself is gorgeous and so well appointed—from the fascinating books to the gorgeously-scented bath products. Breakfast was delicious: an exquisite croissant loaf with butter and fig jam, plus yogurt and muesli, all made by local purveyors. If you have time, make sure to get lunch at the lovely restaurant....

'Harmony at tower hill was a very enjoyable 2 nights stay for myself and partner. Vey unique accommodation that is very well presented and beautifully located to explore the area and surrounding townships.'

'All of the staff were great, the location is lovely and the room was acceptable. Unfortunately the rooms are showing the age of the building. There appeared to be EV trickle charging in the paid parking that the hotel was ok with people using which is a great initiative. Ideas for improvement are making it easier to book a discounted hot springs visit; because I wanted to make sure I got a spot I booked in advance and so missed out on the discount by being a hotel guest, I also paid for a...

'Zeer mooie en schone kamer. Alleen is de ventilatie van de badkamer en van de koelkast niet zo stil. Verder een heerlijk bed. Genoeg handdoeken . De kamer was ook gezellig verlicht. En had genoeg ruimte voor je spullen voor een nachtje slapen. Helemaal top !'

'Enorm groot appartement met balkon, helaas geen lift. Breed bed. Snelle WiFi. Op loopafstand van het centrum. Goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Gratis parkeren. '
